John Connaghan – University of Strathclyde

I’m John Connaghan from the University of Strathclyde.

We are focusing on the patient experience through our involvement in the development of our Patient Reported Experience Measure or PREM, and in the co-design of our patient engagement app.

I’m looking forward to working directly with patients and ensuring their needs are addressed in the development of these tools.

In terms of impact, I believe AICE can have wide-ranging benefits for health organisations.

From my perspective, I am excited to deliver an app that can be used to support patients through what can be a difficult time and with the PREM, a tool that accurately represents the patient experience and which can be used to enhance that experience.
